What Rochelle’s About

Rochelle started RealTalk Psychology to provide life-changing, high-quality therapy to people experiencing all sorts of long-standing difficulties.

She hopes to provide an affirming, friendly and meaningful experience of therapy that honours each person’s unique personality and goals. In other words, she hopes to be the kind of therapist she would like to see!

Outside the therapy room, Rochelle unwinds with exercise, is an avid reader and book clubber, loves dogs, talking about movies, traveling, throwing shapes on a dancefloor (or in the kitchen), and sharing delicious food with good friends and family. Her ultimate self-care treat is a massage.
