Life and career coaching isn’t just for people who work in business or the corporate world. It’s about identifying priorities and goals and then creating harmony within your work and personal life. It’s about self-esteem, mental health and physical health. It means changing your thoughts and creating new pathways and habits to make those changes a reality.
Alicia uses her qualifications in rehabilitation counselling and her experience in the occupational rehabilitation and financial services industries to bring a unique perspective to her coaching, consulting, and training practice. She wants to bring out the best that you can be.
By fostering a holistic approach that values self-discovery as much as skill acquisition, Alicia aims to equip her clients with the tools needed to thrive both personally and professionally.
